From our director

"Everyone is someone's loved one."

“At a young age, my brother became an alcoholic & his life spiraled. He ended up homeless and roamed all over the country. We never knew where he was at any given time. When he would call home, he would tell Mom about the churches and soup kitchens that gave him food. Someone out there was feeding my brother, making sure he didn’t go hungry.

I knew I had to do the same for someone else, so I started volunteering with different food programs. When the opportunity came up to create a food outreach program from the ground up, I had to be part of it.

At Love Groveland, we strive to serve whoever has a need. There is no judgment, and all are welcome. Everyone is someone’s loved one.”

Families shouldn't have to worry about where their next meal will come from, and children shouldn't go to school hungry.

It takes a community to change a community. Each of us doing a small part will make an enormous difference in the lives of people in need.

From Homeless to Hopeful

The Stories We Hear...

I lived just above the poverty line, and when COVID hit, I couldn't make ends meet. It was impossible to make my rent, pay my bills, and provide food for my family. Love Groveland was able to stand in the gap for me and provide help when needed.
